Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qunobiz ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, dashboard, and public business pages (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Qunobiz. If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act on that business's behalf and to agree to these Terms for it.

You sign up using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and Qunobiz account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• New accounts start with a free trial period. No card is required to start a trial.
• After the trial, continued use of the paid features requires an active subscription, billed monthly or yearly plus applicable GST, at the price shown to you at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• If your trial or subscription lapses, your public page and QR code may become temporarily unavailable to your customers until the account is reactivated; your data is not deleted solely for this reason.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the business information, links, offers and other content you add to your Qunobiz page. You must not add links or content that are illegal, infringing, misleading, or that violate the terms of the third-party service being linked to (for example, a platform's own review or messaging policies).

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to mislead customers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another Merchant's account.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated systems to interact with the Service in a way not intended for normal use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

We aim to keep Qunobiz available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to events outside our reasonable control.

The Qunobiz name, logo, software and design are our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the business content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and display it as part of operating the Service for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qunobiz's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
