This Privacy Policy explains how Qunobiz ("Qunobiz", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when a business owner ("you", the "Merchant") creates an account, sets up a Qunobiz page, and when that Merchant's customers interact with the page via QR code or link (together, the "Service").

By using Qunobiz, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information. When you sign up with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We also collect your mobile number, business name, owner name, business type, pincode/city/state and GST number (optional).

Content you add. The links you add to your Qunobiz page (Google Review link, WhatsApp number, social profiles, website, offers, catalogue, Wi-Fi details, etc.) and your chosen brand colour.

Usage data. When your customers scan your QR code or tap a link on your page, we record the event (scan or click), the link involved, and the timestamp, so we can show you analytics. We do not require your customers to create an account or log in to use your public page.

Technical data. Standard web request information such as IP address, browser type and device type, collected automatically for security and to keep the Service running reliably.

We use a minimal, essential cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on your public Qunobiz page.

• To create and operate your Qunobiz account and public page.
• To generate your QR code and show scan/click analytics on your dashboard.
• To send you service-related messages (trial and billing reminders, support replies).
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues, abuse or fraud.
• To comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, authenticate your sign-in via Google, or process payments on our behalf, solely to operate the Service.
• Your customers — the links and business details you choose to add to your page are, by design, publicly visible to anyone who scans your QR code or opens your page link.
• Legal authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Qunobiz or others.

We retain your account and analytics data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting or security requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You can access, correct or update most of your account and business information directly from your dashboard's Settings page at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, or ask us what data we hold about you, by writing to us at the email below.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections and hashed session tokens — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Qunobiz is intended for business owners aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Qunobiz page may link to third-party services you choose to add — such as Google Reviews, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or your own website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services once your customers leave your Qunobiz page.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
